Healing begins here

QUALITY CARE YOU CAN COUNT ON

Nicole knows that coming to therapy is a big step, so she works to create a safe, judgment-free container for anyone who comes seeking her support. Nicole understands the importance of emotional wellness for human health and
she’s a master at helping her clients reach for a greater sense of freedom, happiness, and confidence. Nicole utilizes various theories in her practice such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Family System Therapy. She integrates her background in yoga and life coaching to create more harmony between the mind, body, and spirit, emphasizing a holistic approach that also gives attention to one’s inner child recovery. Nicole enjoys working with individuals and couples, helping them reach their ultimate potential as they work through their relationships, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, and personal growth. Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys horseback riding (or anything animal-related!), yoga, traveling, hanging out with friends, and researching new,
homeopathic remedies for mental and physical health!

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy or counseling is extremely personal and tailored to the individual. Therapy sessions are typically weekly and last for 50 minutes. Dr. Khaleghian works collaboratively with each person to help identify the goals for therapy.

COUPLES THERAPY

There are a number of reasons why a couple or individual in a romantic relationship would want to start attending therapy. It is never too early to seek couples therapy to help build the tools for a strong, healthy, and happy relationship.

FAMILY THERAPY

Families benefit from psychotherapy when they are experiencing transitions or stressful events that strain the family dynamic. Dr. Khaleghian’s goal is to assist families in creating understanding for one another.

TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS

Transitioning into adulthood can be both exciting and difficult at the same time. It can stir-up conflicting feelings caused by no longer being viewed as a child, yet not quite feeling settled into the role of an independent adult.

MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION

Our team is dedicated to treating, educating, and providing addiction resources to individuals and their families/spouses. Often times, patients are struggling with both mental health disorders and their process in addiction recovery, which is also known as co-occurring or co-morbid disorders.

GROUP THERAPY

Groups can act as a support network and a sounding board making group therapy a great option for many. Members of the group can often help you come up with specific ideas for improving a difficult situation or life challenge, and hold you accountable along the way.
